• Profile photo (optional): an image you choose to upload.
• Event content: hangout names, dates, descriptions and availability you mark.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) for security.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and let you create / join events.
• To show your responses and avatar to other people you've invited or who've invited you.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Your choices

• Remove your profile photo any time from your profile.
• Delete an event you organized from the event page.
• Email us at support@squad-sync.com to delete your account.

Storage

Your data is stored on servers managed by our hosting provider. Uploaded photos are stored in object storage and served only via signed application routes.
